This is the complete experience — combining Personal Training + Nutrition Coaching for the best possible outcome. Together, we’ll take a holistic approach to building strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with food and your body.

  • Nutrition Coaching – go beyond “what to eat” and gain confidence in how to fuel your body for energy, muscle growth, and long-term health.

  • Education for Life – understand macros & micros, energy balance, stress management, and how nutrition impacts training, recovery, and sleep.

  • Weekly Nutrition Newsletter – for the first 3 months, receive bite-sized lessons from my coaching framework so you can build skills step by step.

  • Direct Access to Me – message me Mon–Fri through email or the Trainerize app for feedback, support, and quick guidance when you need it.

  • Monthly Coaching Calls – get real-time, in-depth feedback and a clear plan for the month ahead so you stay focused and motivated.
