Education for Life – understand macros & micros, energy balance, stress management, and how nutrition impacts training, recovery, and sleep.
Weekly Nutrition Newsletter – for the first 3 months, receive bite-sized lessons from my coaching framework so you can build skills step by step.
Direct Access to Me – message me Mon–Fri through email or the Trainerize app for feedback, support, and quick guidance when you need it.
